Jane was super at getting us just the deal we wanted. In a rather
difficult economic period our floating home sold in a timely manner and at a price that made it easily feasible for us to re-
locate to our new home in the Midwest. Jane has the singularity of mind to make you feel that she's going to work 24/7 to make the
sale happen, just for you; And the clarity of mind to stay
focused and do just that.
My advice to anyone wanting to sell their floating home (Or any other type), is to just "Let go and let Jane!" Thanks Jane!

Jane sold me this floating home that I so adore. One of the most important
things she did for me was to engender trust. I trusted her to help me
decide what price I should pay. She believes in "win-win" and
helped my decide what a fair prices was for both the buyer and the seller.
She then became my advocate and researcher concerning the repairs that
needed to be done (especially since I was out of town during these
negotiations.) And she watched out for me concerning the contract, several
times calling and saying make sure you do this or that (for example making
sure I got legal ownership of the garages that came with the home.) I
would trust her integrity and professionalism any time. It made it a
joy to go through the process - and now I am most happily settled into my
dream home, with the great help of Jane.
